- Una vez que el arroz que pusimos a hervir, está en el punto de cocción deseado, apagamos el fuego y enseguida le incorporamos las yemas previamente batidas SIN DEJAR DE REVOLVER!!!
- Revolver un poquito para que las yemas se terminen de incorporar y volcar toda la preparación en una fuente. En este caso, lo hice en una asadera a la cual antes de comenzar le hice un caramelo. Le agrega un plus ya que al volcar el arroz con leche aún caliente, el caramelo se disuelve y queda pegado en el arroz
- Dejar enfriar y guardar en heladera para comer bien frío! Se puede acompañar con un merengue hecho con las 3 claras que nos sobraron de los huevos de la preparación
