  2. Ponemos la mariposa. (Un accesorio de Thermomix para remover) y programar 45 minutos, temperatura 75º, velocidad 3. En caso de hacerlo en un caldero normal, el tiempo es más o menos el mismo sin dejar de remover y fuego medio.
  3. Una vez vemos el arroz bien cocido y como ha doblado su tamaño notamos cremoso. Añadimos el azúcar y la leche condensada unos 40 g. Removemos bien para integrar todo y disolver bien el azúcar. En Thermomix dejamos acabar el tiempo añadimos el azúcar, la leche condensada y lo mismo. Programamos unos 10 minutos para integrar todo bien.
  4. Retiramos la cáscara del limón y la canela si la ponemos en rama y servir. Se puede comer templado también algo que yo no sabía y en mi caso me gusta más. Buen provecho!
