- 5 minutos antes de que el arroz llegue a su punto, batiremos el queso de Cabra con la leche de almendra y vertemos sobre el arroz, moviéndolo muy suavemente (simplemente hasta que se mezcle todo sin remover mucho)
- Cuando el arroz coja su punto (el caldo debería haberse consumido bastante), apagamos el fuego y lo dejamos reposar 5-10 minutos antes de servir y listo !!
