- Si quieres puedes cubrir los lados yo lo he hecho de ambas formas y queda bien.
- Prende el horno a calentar a 200 c y después de 5 minutos mete el refractario por 10 minutos. Pasados los 10 minutos sácalo a enfriar.
- Mientras. En la licuadora muele, el chayote, la leche condensada, la vainilla, los huevos y un tanto del polvo de cereal de los dos que quedan. Licúa hasta que quede cremoso.
- Agrega al refractario con la base que sacaste del horno, hasta que quede medio centímetro para llenar.
- Revuelve la parte del polvo que quedo con la canela y agrégalo formando una tapa crocante.
- Cubre lo con papel aluminio y mete al horno por 30 minutos a 170 C, cuando hayan pasado 25 destapa lo para que dore.
