- En lo que se cuece aproveché cociendo el chile mirasol con el ajo después licue y colé e incorporé al pozole cociendose. Ahí le agregué la sal (y un tip para qué reviente el grano a la perfección le eché una pizca de bicarbonato y una cucharada grande de salsa tipo inglesa, tapé). Esperar y vigilar a qué esté se cueza y esté listo.
