  7. Doblamos las hojas hacia el centro y atamos el tamal con tiras de las hojas de maíz.
  8. Ponemos los tamales en una vaporera que previamente hemos forrado con hojas de maíz
  9. Cocemos al vapor los tamales unos 60 minutos. estarán cuando se les desprenda fácilmente la envoltura.
